1. Introduction

Description:

By booking a tour with Trip Arabia ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("the client," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern the relationship between you and Trip Arabia and apply to all bookings and services provided by us. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

Description:

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment (100%) has been made. You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours of payment. Payment Requirement: 100% of the tour price must be prepaid at the time of booking. No reservations will be held without full payment. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and any other methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Description:

Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply: 50% refund if the booking is canceled more than 7 days before the departure date. 10% refund if the booking is canceled more than 2 days before the departure date. No refund for cancellations made on the same day as the departure. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date of cancellation, minus any applicable fees.

4. Travel Insurance

Description:

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients booking with Trip Arabia. The insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, and cancellations. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to insufficient coverage.

5. Visas, Passports & Documentation

Description:

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documentation for entry into the United Arab Emirates or other destinations. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to insufficient documentation.

6. Liability & Risks

Description:

Our Responsibility: We provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, weather conditions, or government actions. Client Responsibility: Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. Adventure or high-risk activities like desert safaris and dune bashing are done at the client's discretion, and Trip Arabia holds no liability for injuries.

7. Baggage & Personal Belongings

Description:

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Clients are encouraged to safeguard their property.

8. Conduct & Behavior

Description:

Clients must adhere to local laws and customs while in the UAE or other destinations. Offensive behavior or disrespect towards local traditions may result in the immediate termination of your participation without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Description:

This section describes conditions under which obligations are excused due to extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of either party.

10. Amendments to Itinerary

Description:

We reserve the right to alter or amend the tour itinerary in response to operational needs, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Description:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Data Privacy

Description:

We value your privacy and handle personal data per applicable data protection laws. For more details, please review our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

Description:

If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us promptly. We strive to address complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
